Occasional showers overnight then starts up again about 6:30am. Breakfast & coffee then time to pack up. Rain stops enough for a mostly dryish final close down. I blow the put down on the back end of the canvas and a pile of accumulated water pours down over the back end.

A short hour and a half's drive to the Windjana Gorge camping area. We stop and pick up fire wood shortly after the start while Jeff pumps up some tyres.
We are ahead of Jeff and have a look at the quiet camping area before going and setting up in the noisy (generators allowed) area where Jeff can run his new toy. Day is cloudy so,we have to run the car ourselvesnto get enough charge in the camper trailer batteries.
In the afternoon we take the drive down to Tunnel Creek where we do 1.5km return walk through the tunnel. We finally spot some bats in the cave on the way back out.

Put on some washing while we have other people's water, hoping to hang it out and get it to dry tomorrow before returning to Derby on Saturday for an overnight trip to the Horizontal Falls.
Put the fire on early and get some coals to cook potatoes in the coals to go with reheated roast chicken. Try and sit around the fire but get driven away by scattered showers that continue through the evening.
