Chris gets up and has breakfast then retires back to bed. She is well and truly sick with something.
Do some urgent shopping. Some food, a cryovaced meat order, straps instead of bungies to properly secure the camper trailer fridge and a USB memory stick to copy the corrupted camera memory card to so I can reformat it.
Come back to look after the invalid, don't like how well she is and manage to get her agreement to a doctor's appointment at 1:30pm. We get an intern who is doing some practical work. Because Chris has complained of some chest pain she gets an ECG as well. Final conclusion after 2.5 hrs is a virus and no treatment.
Put Chris back to bed and go pick up the meat order and some strepsils and more Aspro Clear.
